Room Available by Sawtelle

Hey there, me and a buddy of mine got an apartment in Santa Monica. Very close to Sawtelle, and close by the Pier as well, great location. Very spacious apartment, and very modern.

A little about us, Both late twenties, I work at FOX, and he works at an Editing production company. I’m from the Bay Area, he’s from New York. Pretty relaxed guys overall, and we go out whenever we have time, either in Santa Monica, or occasional Hollywood trips. He works from home currently, I still go into the studio.

We’d like a roommate that is easy to get along with, we both lived with roommates all throughout college, and treat roommates like family in a sense. We all got our own lives, but it’s fun to play drinking games, spikeball at the beach, golf, etc. A good roommate is someone we enjoy seeing, if you’re a decent person, who enjoys living with people, that’s all that matters.
