Roomie Needed for West LA Condo

Apartment is about 1.5 miles from UCLA campus. And -15 minutes to the beach**

Cute cat and 2 female professionals in our early 30s in need of a third roommate for our 3 bed 3 bath condo. Looking to fill a furnished bedroom w/ private bathroom in West LA (90025) for $1225/month + utilities ($850 security deposit).

Includes: cute fully furnished bedroom and a closet with built in shelves. Bathroom across the hall would be yours, and has a shower (no bathtub).

Bedroom is currently furnished with a full size bed, dresser, desk, and some shelving. We’re also willing to unfurnish it for the right match. The living room is mostly furnished and kitchen supplies are plentiful :)

Condo is in great area in a small quiet complex on a side street. Large common areas with lots of natural light. Includes air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher.

I have one very friendly fluffy cat. Sorry no other pets allowed.

Parking: We have one tandem spot in the garage; or there is easy permit street parking ($34/year). There are also a few guest spots in the garage.

No smoking of any kind is allowed on the lease.

About me: I'm an introvert that loves baking all sorts of desserts, watching tv, going to stand-up shows, and ordering takeout way too often. I work full time at a popular entertainment company, hybrid in the office and at home.
