Hello, I am looking for a female roommate to join our month to month lease apartment located near Sawtelle and Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles. Shared space and rent is $640 plus utilities. The room will be available to move in as of NOW. The apartment is fully furnished except the room. You will be sharing your room with one roommate. The apartment is also located near bus route 17 that takes you to UCLA and route 7 that takes you to SMC. The apartment in total has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and parking is also available. The apartment is close to plenty of facilities, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. It is also close to Westwood and UCLA and Santa Monica. Our apartment building includes a laundry room.
