Hello, I am moving out of my apartment but I have been looking for someone to replace me. My roommate is super nice and she is from Brazil, she’s 23 years old and keeps the apartment clean and organized. I paid 2500 for the security deposit and I pay 1250 dollars per month. Our lease ends in December but you can renew your contract afterwards. I love living in this apartment, the only reason I am moving out is because of my boyfriend and they don’t accept dogs (except service animals). The apartment is pretty good sized and there’s a target at the end of the street. We are, if I am not wrong, located 2 blocks from santa monica boulevard. There’s where target is located ( at santa monica blvd) and there’s also bus stop. If you are target, you can take the blue line bus from the other side of the street and if you go approximately some 7 stops you will be at downtown santa monica. It is really well-located, it is literally next to santa monica. One of the best areas of LA.
