Private bedroom for rent. Looking for a clean, quiet, down to earth tenant, preferably students because this is only 3 miles from UCLA and Santa Monica College.

There are 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this single family house. My father in his 70s lives there to manage the house. The other tenants are students and working professionals. This is not a party house. Ideal for students and hard working professionals as the house is quiet. You will share the bathroom with 2-3 other housemates.

No pets and no smoking whatsoever. House rule: no dirty dishes in the sink.

Overnight guests are welcome, male or female, maximum 5 nights in a month cumulatively.

Rent is $875/month which includes all utilities (water, gas, power, wifi but no cable TV).

Security deposit is $875

The room is vacant starting June 15, 2024
Month to month lease is ok.

There is construction in the backyard. Construction hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Saturday every week. Looking for a tenant who doesn't mind construction noise. Construction doesn't affect the use of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, wifi/utilities.
