Perfect location with Brentwood 2 blocks to the north and Santa Monica 2 blocks to the west. Walking distance to shopping and amazing food and a city view from the balcony's. The total number of people living in the apartment will be 3 until January, then It will be two.
Currently it is myself and my boyfriend living here but starting in Jan 2023, he will be relocating to San Francisco so it will only be me and the tenant after that. I am only renting out one of the three rooms because I work from home and need to keep my office. I have a 6 month old kitten who is energetic and likes to cuddle.
