The condo is in a very desirable location west of 405, Brentwood adjacent, a few minutes from UCLA, Santa Monica beach, Sawtelle, Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and everything else the Westside has to offer!

This is a contemporary tastefully decorated condo with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, washer/dryer combo in unit, fireplace, recessed lighting, hickory hardwood floor in living room, modern bathrooms with modern fixtures and great floor plan. You will get your own private room and attached bathroom, and share kitchen and living room with me. Tandem parking available. The building has a small gym and a clubroom for the residents use.
