Nice size kitchen with full stove, double sink, full fridge. Huge living room that is already mostly furnished. Fire, police and ambulance bay are all within 1 mile! Honestly one of the safest places Ive ever lived. Utilities are split even, this means power, wifi, and gas. I would require a roommate agreement to be signed as well. You will be listed on the lease. There is abundant street parking.

I do have 1 dog whom is a rescue, very trained, and 40lbs. She is very calm and adjusts well to well trained dogs. I am open to having another dog in the apartment. I want to say yes to cats but the street out front is so busy and people drive dangerous sometimes. I would fear them being killed if they escaped. Please no aggressive or reactive dogs. The landlord does have breed restrictions, your standard restrictions you see everywhere and also requires a $500 deposit for obvious reasons, no pet rent.

Additionally, this is a SAFE space for the LGBTQIA + community including myself and allies. This is the apartment I've been in for 3 years.
