Looking for housemates to join me in a Westwood 4 bedroom 2 bath house adjacent to the metro and within a 20 min bike ride from UCLA. I have one furnished private room AVAILABLE NOW with a flexible lease term. I’ll be living in the fourth bedroom and furnishing the shared spaces including kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, large private yard, washer-dryer, and patio with grill. The furnished private bedroom is $1650/mo including rent, off-street parking, and most utilities.
I am postdoc at UCLA with an award from NSF to help understand the role of deep ocean methane seeps in reducing the impact of today’s climate crisis. I prefer to live in a shared house with friendly humans as I enjoy dancing, cooking, and hiking myself.
The other two bedrooms house a UCLA PhD candidate studying atmospheric and ocean science along with an x-Navy couple and their two darling kitties.
