West la room for rent!

Hi everyone! My name is Jessie O’Brien I’m 32 yrs old and I have a room to rent in west Los Angeles! Looking for an April 1st move in date your part of rent with utilities is about $1,400 per month, the security deposit is $1,175 which will be paid to the person leaving. Im a retail sales worker, and although I don’t have pets I love dogs! Pets are allowed, but If you have a dog or cat they need to be approved by management. We also have an in unit washer and dryer, parking is tandem garage parking.

I would love to have someone that’s down for a wine night, a marvel movie, or a hike, but is good to do their own thing, and sorry guys only women please !
