Quiet, clean, and safe private bedroom in this condo available for rent $975/month (flat rate, already includes utilities gas power, water, wifi, but no cable TV).

You will be sharing the bathroom with another female in her 20s. Looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful.

There are total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this condo. The other housemates are female students (UCLA, Santa Monica College) and working professionals.

Security deposit is $975, refundable within 21 days when you move out.

Move in date can be as early as May 10, 2024. Looking for someone who can stay month to month for the summer and then 10-month lease from Sep 2024 to Jun 2025. Lease is renewable if things work out.

Fully furnished with a twin bed, desk, and chair. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer.

My housekeeper comes twice a month to clean the common areas.

Washer and dryer inside, free of charge, no coin needed.

Street parking is free. Otherwise, there is garage parking for an extra $125/month.

No smoking and no pets whatsoever. No candles or hot plates (to prevent fires).

House rule: you have to wash dishes immediately and clean up after yourself.

Overnight guests are limited to 5 nights in a month.

Location: near corner of National Blvd and Westwood Blvd , right next to Freeway 10 and 405, within steps to Big Blue Bus #8, about 3 miles away from UCLA and Santa Monica College.
