Hello this is a private room with a shared bath (shared with one other person) available in Brentwood right off wilshire blvd. Rent is 1050 with $50-$60 a month in utilities. The space comes with our own private patio and kitchen. Available May 1st 2024. Very chill place not a big party environment just somewhere for us to work, eat and sleep. About your roommates both mid 20’s males working and going to school. Looking for someone similar. Lease length is at least 3 months. Good credit score and income verification required. Some considerations:

- The parking spot is in front of the trash dumpster so you’ll have to move your car for a few minutes every Tuesday so the trash truck can pick it up.

- The apartment’s carpet is tarnished and has spots from the previous tenants usage. What we do in our rooms is put a rug over to cover it, or if you don’t mind you can leave it as it is.
