Private room plus bathroom in 2 bed/2 bath in mar vista area available 7/1. Unfurnished. Shared kitchen, living room not available for hanging out. Laundry on site, next to grocery stores and food options. By the 405 and the 10 and nearby buses. Street parking available.

Looking for a busy and employed individual to take room. 3 month commitment, can be extended if it’s a good fit. Not looking to be best friends, but if we hit it off that’s great. I have two cats who don’t do well with other animals so unfortunately no pets but they’re friendly and will eventually expect your attention. 4/20 and LGBTQ+ friendly.
