Townhouse in Lake Balboa--must love cats!

I'm looking to rent a furnished room in the Lake Balboa area of Los Angeles. I am minutes from both the 405 and the 101, and within walking distance to Balboa Recreational Park, which has access to the Metro Orange Line.
You would have your own room with a full sized bed and your own bathroom (shower/tub). Additionally, you would have full access to the rest of the house--a kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, huge patio, and a parking space in an attached garage. There is room for storage in the garage, which also has a washer and dryer. The complex also includes a pool and hot tub, to which you will have full access.
In addition to enclosed parking, own bathroom and pool, amenities include: wifi, cable tv, electricity, water, trash disposal, and maid service.
I am a legal professional who works for the State. I have four indoor only cats. It is very important to me that I find someone who will be conscientious not to let them outdoors. I am a practicing Christian, but I don't expect someone to share my faith. Although I am vegan, I am okay with sharing the kitchen with a vegetarian or omnivore. I play guitar, and wouldn't mind a roommate that also plays music.
My ideal roommate would be a professional woman with a full-time job. I would also be interested in a student. I have many friends who have had positive experiences renting to students. It is important to me to keep a peaceful home, and I would like to live with someone quiet and without drama. I don't have many overnight guests, and I would ask the same of you.
