We have an amazing living room (65 Inch Sony Smart TV installed, tons of natural sunlight) and a private pool in our backyard with plenty of parking. Also, a 3 year old amazing black lab. We are 3 guys currently (27,27 and 25 years old respectively) but open to anyone - This is too good to be true :) The property is 10 minutes from LAX and in the middle of LA - Santa Monica, WeHo, Hermosa, Venice - everything is 20 minutes away. Please contact me through text or emails during the day and the house can be shown anytime based on our availability!
