We live on a very quiet street right behind LMU. We are 5 min away from main streets (Lincoln Blvd; Manchester Blvd). W e are a 12 min drive to Venice Beach; 20 min drive to Santa Monica and 1 mile from the beach (Dockwieler or Playa Del Rey). LA Fitness is min away; Vons and small town center in 3 min away driving. We have lived in our home for 25 years but due to family moving out, we are looking for roomies!
I am a 25 year old female who will be graduating college this month and will be living upstairs.
My father is 60 years old and will also have his own bedroom upstairs .
We are very easy-going mellow people who live busy lives and are home from time to time.
Your room has a bed, dresser, closet space and a tv.
The house is two stories and you have access to the entire house.
The house has a hangout front patio with outdoor furniture, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room with tv and fireplace, backyard with big BBQ and TV.
Parking is very easy, you can just park right in front of the house.
We have a cleaning lady that will come every 10 days.
Washer and Dryer attached to kitchen.
We have two rooms available...one upstairs and one downstairs.
