Private Room And Bathroom

Hello my name is Mindy and my boyfriend and I are looking for a new roommate to take over our second bedroom before August. We have lived here for 3 years and are trying to stay so we need a new roommate ASAP. Current lease is until May 2020.

Our place is located in Westchester near LAX.
The room is unfurnished and includes your own separate bathroom, parking spot in gated lot. Complex is gated with onsite management, pool/spa, gym, computer room and has onsite laundry.

Rent is usually $1000 for your share with all utilities except for electricity which is no more than $70 every two months. We pay WiFi. Applications are subject to credit check by management with a $49 application fee.

Looking for someone with similar lifestyle who doesn?t party at home, has a career or goes to school full time, doesn?t smoke and is mature and responsible. We both work full time in creative media and have two cats so you must be ok with pets (they primarily stay in our room). We cook often, love movies and gaming, table games too and going to Disney. Just working on our careers until we get engaged and move onto the next phase! We keep to ourselves but get along with most people.
