$703 Room for rent starting September 1st!

We are two full-time working females in our twenties looking for a third female roommate to rent out a room in our three bedroom apartment. It is a three bedroom/2bathroom apartment, the room available for rent shares a bathroom with 1 other roommate. We are looking for the following:

- Must be able to fill out an application ($35) & show 2 paystubs for a credit check
- Must be clean!!!!
- Must be pet friendly (we do have a small dog as seen in picture)
- No more pets allowed
- NOT FURNISHED
- Must be able to pay rent and utilities on time! (Rent is $703 and utilities range from $100-$130 each)
-Deposit is $657
- Must be easy going
- No smokers please
- No kids
- Female only!!!

This apartment is ideal for flight attendants, as we are only about 10 minutes away from LAX.

Parking would be on the street - there is usually plenty of parking available.
