The bedroom comes unfurnished, has a large (backyard facing, private) window, private door to yard, hardwood floors, and large ceiling- high closets with full length mirror. Extra closets and garage storage space included.

Other household features consist of dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer, on-site and street parking (no permits required- good for guests!). Gardener and maid services. Fruit trees in backyard "garden" include lemon/lime hybrid, pomegranate, and olive- great for canning (yum!).

House is Pet Friendly, though we currently have no pets (house is currently allergy free!). Dogs and cats welcome! Secured backyard with enclosed gates (for small pets). Pet deposit required by landlord.

About your other 2 roommates: We're a male and a female, early 30s, full-time employed, clean, respectful, fun/dorky and we are searching for a roommate with similar qualities!
