Private room shared bath in Westchester near LAX. Duplex style. Large room with lots of storage. Hardwood floors throughout, washer and dryer in unit. Patio in the back.

My roommate is moving out and I?m looking for someone to fill her room come Jan 1st. $1200 includes utilities- water, trash, electricity, cable, internet, Hulu, and Netflix.
The room is painted olive green but if you would like to paint over it that?s ok.

Must be ok with cats, I have one who is a sweetheart with a big personality.

Month to month with 30 day notice of leaving.
$1200 rent with $1000 deposit on move in.

Females only please. Need to be able to provide proof of income.
