Room open 4 miles from beach & 1.5 miles from LAX

It's a 3 bdrm 2 bath home, with a big kitchen and nice room with good lighting.

We're two ladies who are 30, professional and have 3 little doggies. We like to drink tequila as well as eat healthy, workout, and go to church on Sundays.

If you do the Enneagram, I'm an 8 (outgoing introvert) and my roommate is a 4 (outgoing extrovert).

The home is on a family property and it's a pretty awesome triplex. It also means that we're constantly upgrading it and working on a project to make it look nicer!

We're looking for a like-minded lady to join us and have awesome conversations on the couch with us, but also be busy enough with your life to be cool doing your own thang!
