I am seeking a subletter for June and July, with a possibility to extend into August. The rent is $1,800/mo. for the upper floor of a home in Westchester. The upstairs unit has a private entrance on the side of the house and includes a private bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional room that can be used as an office or spare bedroom. The bedroom is large and has a spacious closet. The unit also includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
