Looking for summer roommate in Westchester

Looking for a down to earth short-term roommate for the summer. No preference about age or gender.

I'm a 21-year-old male film student into running and cooking. My former roommate moved out for the summer until the end of August.

Rent is $1,250/month, utilities included. (Security deposit is taken care of).

It?s a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment - the bedroom is approximately 11? by 14.25? with an attached closet and a private bathroom. The room is moderately furnished (bed, closet, drawers, desk).

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen space, a 262 square ft furnished common area, and a balcony.

The laundry room is close by, wifi?s already in place, a building manager is onsite as well as repair people. The apartment comes with a parking space in a gated underground garage. Grocery stores within 2 min, freeway access within 5 min.
