Seeking TWO housemates to share Westchester home

Hey all! I’m Vicky and I’m looking for two people to share my 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house in Westchester (near LAX, PDR, Culver, South Bay). Pictures don’t do the home justice, so if interested I will message you the walk-through video to get a better understanding of how spacious the house is! Two living and dining rooms for lots of privacy, plenty of parking, garage converted to a gym. Perfect for a couple or two friends, who could have the entire front half of the home, including 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and separate living/dining spaces. I can also rent the master bed/bath and a spare room for a little more.

I'm asking $1,600 per room, or $1750 per person for the master area. I pay for internet and gas, water and power would be split. I also pay for a housekeeper once a month. Looking for 6-month rental agreement, starting 1/1/21. Message me to come meet me and tour the place! Thanks!
