The master suite will be rented at a higher rent than the other two bedrooms. There is a spacious family room with a decorative fireplace. A huge fenced and private backyard with a patio sitting area is available for the enjoyment of the home's occupants. The house is fully furnished with all utilities included. Monthly housekeeping is included in the rent. The house is in a great location. About 15 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to LAX, 15 minutes to Playa Vista, 25 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to Hollywood. THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
