Utilities included with rent: broadband cable internet, trash, water, electricity, and natural gas. Sorry, no pets, family, children or partners - room is for one tenant only. Common areas are shared: living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, bathroom. Street parking is free with minor restrictions.
