1 Room for Female

Hi! I am the owner of the 3 bedroom house. I reside in one with my 4 year old daughter, and my brother resides in another. We are looking for someone who has a steady job, reliable, clean, and drug-free. Ideally a single professional/student female. No pets as we already have a cat. The room is a good size you would be sharing the restroom. Parking is available for an additional $50.
