I?m a 32 year old male working in the banking industry (boring I know haha). I recently purchased the property, so I am in the process of minor improvements and central air instillation. I?m pretty easy going, and I hope you enjoy living here. I don?t mind occasional guest and am very accommodating to reasonable circumstances. I have a beautiful 60 lb Weimaraner (her name is Ellie), which I should charge a separate fee for her live haha. Please let me know if you have any questions.

First, last and $500 deposit at lease signing
Street parking is very available, but I may be able to fit very small cars in the driveway
All utilities, internet ($60ish total base) and security ($10/month total) are a full split amongst roommates
No couples please
Netflix, HBO, Showtime and Disney+ are set up for the living room tv (currently a 60 inch tv over the fireplace)
All appliances are brand new including refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dish washer, washer and dryer
Bedroom has good sized closet
