Large Room in 5 Bed, 3 Bath Co-ed Home

Looking for someone to fill a spot in our clean, laidback house. We are a group of super friendly people who work in everything from engineering to advertising to hair salon (ages 25-33), we are happy to spend time together when we are all home but also do our thing as well and are looking for a good fit!

- Great location, 5 minutes to 105/405/110
- a few breweries and coffee shops around
- 20 min to Culver, Downtown, South Bay
- Awesome food around - Indian, Asian, Salvadorean, Mexican, Middle Eastern and Southern all nearby.

~~~About the room & house
- 5 bed/ 3 bath house but never feels cramped because of the size
- 2 spacious living rooms and a dining room if you need some additional common area space to hang out in
- The room has just been remodeled with an expanded closet, newly finished wood floors, huge window and outlets.
- 2 bathrooms are currently shared, 3rd is currently being remodeled (and would be for the person who gets this room.)
- Street parking is easy and the neighborhood is relaxed and friendly (we know all our neighbors by name)
- The garage has additional storage areas should you need a little more room.
- We have a husky named Hank that is an outdoor dog but comes inside to hang from time to time.
