Looking For Homemate

lg master available w/own 1/2 bath, lg walkin closet, ceiling fan. rm is unfurn but can be tastefully furn if necessary. apt is unfurn for now so you can bring your comforts. i am clean, considerate, quiet, helpful, easy going. i am an e-bayer so i work from home in own space. you get a nice tree lined neighborhood, shopping, restraunts, easy trans, off street parking and other minor perks. i am a senior but hardly an old lady(smile) i pref fem but can live with anyone if we click. sounds interesting? oh yes i forgot to add laundry, housekeeping and other minor goodies included. tolerant but cannot deal with those not respectful of others, unable to live in harmony, pet and gay friendly. no assholes PLEASE!
