Looking for a female student or professional to rent a private furnished room in a house. Must be responsible (pay rent on time, good credit, no drugs, no-smoking, no pets, no loud music and no drama), very clean, respectful of others and generally quiet, because we are that way too. The room is 11' x 12', has hardwood floors, with a recently remodeled shared bathroom. This is a peaceful environment.
Rent is $995 (including utilities). Deposit =1 month rent)and 1st month's rent due on move-in. Available on June 8, 2019. Month to month lease. Parking permit is $24.00 every 4 months. Wifi is $25.00 per month.
