Looking for a roommate in a 2B2B!

I'm looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished room in a two bedroom two bath. The room I'm looking to fill has its own bathroom. You will have your own non-tandem parking space. There are washers and dryers in the garage within the building. Walking distance from Beverly Hills. A very central area in LA so it's equidistant to the west side and the east side. I own a very sweet and friendly cat who is a clean, indoor cat. This apartment is friendly. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not inside. Utilities are separate. This is not a party apartment. Friends here and there are okay. I'm not a big drinker and I am vegan and love sharing my vegan baked goods. I'm still waiting for my landlord to update me on the security deposit price. I am also looking to get hardwood floors in January to be ready by February!
