My roommate and I are looking for someone to take the place of our third roommate. We live in a 3 bed, 2 bath Spanish style duplex in historic Carthay circle. The rent for the master bedroom with private bathroom would be $1250. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the room you?d be renting. There is also a small backyard, and a washer/dryer in unit.
The location is very central. We're considered West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Culver City adjacent. There is a grocery store, CVS, and several cafes within walking distance. Only about 10 minutes from The Grove, and a short walk to LACMA!
A little about us- We are two creative young professional females. We enjoy going out occasionally, but nothing too crazy. We both cook, and I do a lot of baking, so love spending time in the kitchen! We value our home as a place to relax and rejuvenate, and we are both easy going and respectful of each other, and value cleanliness in the common areas. Also, we have a 6month old terrier mix puppy named Luna, so must be ok with dogs!
