Me: 28 year old female. Originally from Boston, MA so I?m all about Patriot Nation, Red Sox, Celtics... you know the cool teams lol. I?m a marriage and family therapist and mental health therapist.
The apt is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath in a very nice neighborhood called Beverlywood located off of south Robertson (between Beverly Hills and Culver City). The location is very ideal and convenient if you travel to WEHO, Santa Monica, Hollywood etc.
About the room up for grabs:
The wall room walls are green, purple and gray. There is a really nice size walk-in closet (additional photos and video can be sent via text if requested). This room is not furnished. Size; 12 X 10. ($1200/mo)
Things to know about the space:
This has been home for some time but the hope is that you too feel like it's yours. You will have access to the living room, kitchen and shared bathroom (you will only share the bathroom with one person). Utilities and wifi will be covered during the duration of your time renting. There is laundry in the building. In addition, you will have your own parking spot with a clicker to the gate. But there is also street parking if you prefer that sometimes. Painting the walls is not something that's on the table unfortunately. Oh and there are two adorable little puppies that everyone is bigger than so no worries they're harmless and sweet haha (see attached)
This space is LGBT friendly and everything in between, whoever you are is just fine.. unless you are messy lol. First and last months rent, as well as a half a months rent security deposit is required. As well as, at least a 6 month lease, then you can choose to do a 3 month after that or month to month. If you are only interested in 3 months, also feel free to inquire about details on how to rent the room for that time frame.
