It is on the top floor of 3 floors, penthouse, light and bright, high ceilings, fireplace, balcony with a great westerly view, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer inside unit. Secure building. Assigned subterranean parking, plus guest parking. I keep my place tidy, am easy going, enjoy going out, work 5 days/week. Am a bit of a night owl.
