Room in large beautiful luxury 3BR near Brentwood

Hello!

I'm renting a beautiful private room in a huge beautiful luxury 3BR condo with a shared bathroom located on the Brentwood/Sawtelle border. The bathroom would be shared with 1 person. This room is in a 2nd level condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The room also comes with an attached balcony. The place also comes with a dedicated parking spot in an underground garage. Washer and dryer inside the condo.

I love everything about the place. Very modern and newly remodeled. It's walking distance to cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Also the condo is very close to Santa Monica, West LA, Century City, Beverly Hills and Westwood.

Both roommates are working professional males in their mid to late 20s.

The room is available March 18th and essentially you would be taking over my part of the lease which would run until October and then become month to month (you could always sublease the room out if you need to leave for whatever reason).

-Monthly rent $1450
-Security deposit is $1450.
-Utility (gas, water, electricity and internet) is not included in the rent but it isn't very expensive.
