1 bdrm available in Renovated Westside apartment

Hi! I'm Tony, a 67-year-old semi-retired man looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in the Westside area of Los Angeles. This is a listing for long term roommate situation but I am also open to short term rental.

We have a large courtyard area filled with greenery and patio furniture to relax in. This area has code locked security gates at the front and back of the building, keeping our entire building secure.

My apartment inside has recently been renovated with new flooring and fresh paint. There’s a generously sized living room, a galley style kitchen and a small dining area with a picture window. There are two bedrooms, I will be your only other roommate. The bathroom has a full-sized bathtub with shower.

About me; I am semi-retired and spend most of my time at home on my favorite hobbies like, cooking, BBQing, caring for the courtyard garden and taking walks in the neighborhood. I am an animal lover (of all types) and I'm very open to a roommate with pets.

About you: I'm pretty open but would prefer someone who is also retired OR works/in school from home. Due to my age and the corona virus, it is best my roommate have limited exposure to the public. This is within reason ;) I'm not opposed to someone who works outside the home but would want to be sure this person takes precautions and is like minded in health and safety. Which we can discuss after we make contact.
