Need a roommate ASAP

Hiii! I’m looking for a roommate to sign a new lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in Pico-Robertson. It’s the upper unit and there is laundry on site. You’d have the larger bedroom for $1335/mo. I also took a quick video if you want to see.

A little about me: I'm in my 20s, a recent graduate moving back from new york. I'm a pretty social and easy going person and would preferably like to room with someone who's the same. I ideally would like to find a roommate who'd be down to transform the space into a cozy, mid-century inspired plant-filled oasis. I'm really good about keeping common areas tidy.
