Roommate in 3bed/2bath wanted near Sawtelle

Private room available in 3bed/2bath apt on June 1st.

Located close to Sawtelle and Santa Monica Blvd, with plenty of restaurants/cafes/grocery stores in walking distance.
But honestly, the best perks about this place is very safe, clean and quiet.
The police and fire-station are couple blocks away, neighborhood is very respectful.

The room is spacious, about 11x13, with a huge closet.
Freshly painted and furnished with a queen size bed. (Possibly a desk and drawers)

Bathroom is shared but you will have your own sink. Laundry inside the bldg.

We have a driveway to park for 2, and take turns parking but street parking is plentiful too.

No pets, no smoking in unit.

Rent is $1250, utilities included.
Security deposit is $1250.
Lease is month-to-month, looking for long-term(like 6 month at least), but short term is negotiable.

Hoping to find a clean, respectful and responsible professional male/female in their late-20s or older with a stable job/income, as the 2 roommates are on the mature side and we are not party people.
And someone who is very COVID-cautious. It is an individual choice, but I hope you are vaccinated or planning on getting vaccination (as we have).

1 Female sports writer/actor works full-time from home for the moment
1 male in the entertainment production office who works nearby office by himself.
