Urgently Needed For August: Shared Bedroom

Hi there! We are four super chill girls, one who is moving away for college. We have a shared large bedroom available! There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bathroom is split between two girls. We are looking for any students, professionals , or any clean and fun person who just needs a place to stay! The lease ends in February and is month to month from there. As far as utilities, water is included. The shared bedroom half is unfurnished and comes with large closet space and additional storage outside the bedroom. We are all super neat and quiet. Must be okay with a cat!! No smoking or excessive partying, etc. There is coin laundry on the property as well as garage space for one shared parking space. There is a large shared front yard.
