The property is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, parking spot included, and a phenomenal neighborhood. The room already has a bed frame and mattress with an individual AC unit. LADWP bills every three months, and we'd split that cost along with internet through Spectrum on a monthly basis. I'm a very laid back 27 year old actor and comedian who loves spending time with friends, hanging out at dive bars, enjoys hiking, live music and being outdoors. I'm looking for a roommate with no pets as I am allergic to anything that sheds.
