Room available near Santa Monica/UCLA

My name is Matt Welsh, I live in Santa Monica on Stoner Ave. We've got a private room that just opened and it shares a bathroom with one other room/person. That person is actually leaving in August too, so will she will be replaced (if know someone looking, even better!). In any case, we are just a bunch of working professionals in our late 20s, early 30s that are teaming up to keep our rents low, the rent is only $1,088 + Utilities (which is usually just a ~$150-200/month). If you're interested, be happy to give you an in-person tour or send pics. It's a really solid spot, I have been here for almost 10 years and I haven't left because I've never found a better bang for the buck in this area. In general, we are all pretty active, whether out having a good time or working. My Fiance and I generally become good friends with most of our roommates, but you're also fine to keep to yourself if you prefer. All good either way. Looking for a July 1 move in.
