Spacious, bright bedroom with en suite and balcony

This large bedroom has a huge closet, plenty of space for a desk or other furniture, and gets plenty of sun through the sliding glass door that opens to your personal balcony. The en suite bathroom has a shower/bath combo and plenty of storage space.
The shared living space is open concept and has a galley kitchen connected to another balcony, a dining area, and a living area. The kitchen has tons of storage space, but the living area will be sparsely furnished, as my current roommate will be taking her couch, tv, and coffee table.
The entire apartment is very sunny — we can go the whole day without turning on the lights! During hot days we open the windows and kitchen door to get a wonderful breeze, and on super hot days we turn on the AC. In winter the apartment is warmed by heat or the living room fireplace.
There’s a shared washer/dryer right outside our door.
The location really can’t be beat. The street is fairly quiet, and almost everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Right by entries to the 10 and 405, so it’s easy to get around LA, but not close enough for the noise or air pollution.
Room includes one tandem parking spot in ground level garage.
If you’re just one person, rent is $1575 month-to-month. If you’re a couple, based on room size and shared space, rent will be $1890. Hot water is paid for by the landlord, and other utilities will be split in half or thirds.
420 friendly, but please smoke outside. Absolutely no cigarettes.
