Shared Double Bedroom in Westwood

Looking for a female to takeover my lease (month to month lease) to stay for a minimum for a year.
I am looking for a female, student/ professional, who is around 21-25, very clean, quiet, and respectful, no party/ no drug/ non-smoker/ no pets
Panning to stay for minimum a year (month to month lease)
Move in date Jan 1 or earlier
Location:
- 10 mins walk to Westfield
- 30 mins walk to UCLA
- 10 mins drive to Beverly Hills and Century City
You will be sharing the room with another very nice and fun UCLA student who is about to graduate.
The rent $717 does not include utilities, all together the amount is less than $750. You will need to apply to be officially on the lease.
The apartment has:
- Dryer/ Washer, Street parking only, High-speed wifi, Kitchenware, storage, balcony
- Furnished living room
- Bedroom: queen size bed (will need to pay one time rent of $150 to my roommate) and closet.
