Cozy-Shared-Space in the Westwood Village UCLA

Hello! My current roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to fill his space.

**Heads Up** the space available is located in a shared space, it is not a private bedroom but it is curtained off. If this isn't something you're interested in, it's understandable, if it is something you can work with, please read on! :-)

The area available has a fireplace and an air conditioner, as well as the access to the patio which would be private for your use. Behind the curtains there is enough space to house a large bed. My current roommate also has a desk and bookshelf. There is space on the other side of the curtains that you could use for a wardrobe/dresser, extra furniture if you have it.

Your other roommates, myself (Rachel) and (Nick) are quite, we are in our mid 20's. We are very courteous to the fact that we have someone in our shared space. We leave and enter quietly, only use the public area and kitchen when it is appropriate. We have had no issues yet. Our current roommate works a lot and also had no issues with the shared space. You can totally come and meet us and look at the space to make sure you would be comfortable.

We are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, friendly and upfront. Age/Gender doesn't matter. But we would like a reference, a past roommate if you have one, past landlord. We look forward to hearing from you!
