Currently in search of two special humans to move into my beautiful West LA home!

+ patio + large grass area + in unit laundry room + house shared spaces.

Ideal roommates would want to call this place their home; value a cozy, friendly, chill, open, respectful, and creative environment. A mix of modern/boho vibes is a plus! **The correct energy would be one of open communication and a desire to meet each other’s needs to live comfortably and in a supportive environment.

The contract would be for one year and we would be renting the home as one household. Couch in pictures included.

You would be rooming with me, a 29 year old therapist MFT (a creativity/intimacy doula the rest of the time), occupying the upstairs room + creative studio space open for use by other roommates. UCSB and Pepperdine grad. We can exchange IG and/or LinkedIn accounts to see if we’d be a match! 🌼✨

Current tenants love the home and each of the rooms, and wished to be able to stay for a 5th year. Looking to continue to make of this space a nourishing and uplifting environment!

Detailed description of the property:

Westwood home on top of a small hill. No pets as requested by landlord. Two rooms available $1350 per person. Suitable for individuals or a couple who would like to enjoy the added privacy of a spacious bottom floor while sharing the living spaces and kitchen. This is a two floor home with two living spaces, ample kitchen, laundry room, patio with grill, and large green area available.

The top floor has hardwood floors, interior white wood shutters framing beautiful large windows in the first living room + the dining room area, as well as a white tiled bar area with glass storage.

The kitchen is equipped with two throw back ovens and stove, spacious white tiled counters with glass storage, and a large garden kitchen window.

The bottom floor being rented is a carpeted daylight basement featuring an XL living room with a bar area that includes a small sink and storage space (this can be used as a kitchenette). The two rooms come with large mirrored closet space and share a bathroom. The medium room has a wall in closet and the large room has a wall to walk-in closet.
