1 Bed & Private Bath in 2 bed/2 bath apartment

Spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment, master bedroom/bathroom available Jan 1 2022. Newly renovated building with secure entry, front desk staff, garage parking, and a beautiful pool on the roof. Great location in Westwood nears stores and restaurants, walking distance to UCLA (where I went to school). Quick and easy access to 405 freeway. I’ve been living in this apartment for 8 years, my current roommate is moving to a different area. I work in biotech and am in the lab some days and work from home some of the time. At home I like to keep things clean/organized. I’m super friendly and outgoing but I enjoy having more of a relaxed and quite living space, aka friends/visitors are welcome but no parties please. I personally don’t drink but I do not mind if you do. I am very active and love to travel and to take weekend trips, especially snowboarding. I would like someone who is mature and respectful and has good communication skills, I’m a pretty laid back/no drama type person and would love to have another drama-free roommate. Looking for another working professional or graduate student. The bedroom is unfurnished, the living room currently has my furniture (couch, coffee table, dining table, entertainment center) but I am not particularly tied to it since I bought it when I first went to school and am now a working professional, so if you have some living room furniture we can discuss changing it up.
