UCLA housing just offered us a place in Family Housing and we'd like to move out of our lease. To do that, we need someone to take over our current lease at 520 Kelton Ave. It is a 1bd/1bath apartment in the 5th floor (the latest floor) in Westwood, very very very close to campus. It has central air, large living room and large bedroom, three closets and full very modern kitchen. It has a balcony that gets sun in the morning!
We can sell you the furniture so the apartment stays at it is right now or, if you prefer, we take them to our new apartment.
No utilities included and an extra $200 to have a parking spot in the building.
The lease goes until August, 2023.
