Room Available in Wilshire Corridor (Westwood)

I am renting a fully furnished room in my Condo, in a 24 hour Security building. The room is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. There is a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, mini refrigerator and large closet. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Wifi and Electricity bill will be shared.

The building is a doorman building with Amenities like Gym and Pool. This would be a perfect space for a student and walking distance to UCLA, or a single person who wants a room close to his/her job location. There are several markets and restaurants near by as well as bus and transportation.

I love my home and feel that it's a great cozy place. I have a small, cute loving dog who you will love. Everything is very clean and I'm looking for a responsible clean person to rent the room to.

Rent is $2200.
