Greetings! We're a couple who are renting out the spare rooms in our Whittier townhome. Currently, we have all rooms filled, but one will be opening up in March At that time, your roommates will be us, and one Whittier college student.
Rooms Available:
Den with privacy curtain ($850 per month)
Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom ($1100 per month)
Rent includes all utilities and internet (moderate usage). You are also able to use the kitchen to cook and store food. We have a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor, and three outdoor balconies as well.
